Prices are based on a typical service for a suburban home that takes 15 minutes. We work as fast as we can but for larger properties or very extensive cleanups we charge 1$/minute over 15 minutes. We charge by time instead of property size to ensure fair pricing, flexible accommodations for additional requests, and a simpler process for you.
